Some of my projects on the site may have work by other people shipped as part of one of my projects. (I would like to immediately highlight Blast Arena Advance as an example of this) This is in absolutely no way meant to be an attempt to plagiarise your work and pass it off as my own. If you would request that I completely remove your work and all references to it, I will attempt to comply, although I invite you to e-mail me so we can discuss it. I'd much prefer it if we could forge some mutually beneficial 'everybody gets to enjoy your talent and you make me look way cool' arrangement rather than y'all take a double-barrelled boomstick to my head.

P.S. If Nintendo come down on me about Dr. Kain like it's alledged The Tetris Company do around other folks, then... well, that'll speak for itself.
